Consent for Submission and Validity of Business Documents
I/We, the undersigned, hereby provide consent to SevaHUB regarding the submission and usage of my/our business documents as follows:
- Document Submission: The business documents provided by me/us will be kept by SevaHUB as a reference for validating the authenticity of my/our business.
- Video Confirmation: SevaHUB will generally seek business confirmation every 6 months through video verification to ensure that the business is still active and operational.
- Priority in Visibility: If I/We fail to provide confirmation, my/our video will remain stored on SevaHUB, but customers will be shown the videos of businesses who have provided timely confirmation before mine/ours.
- Document Retention & Deletion: If I/We do not confirm, my/our video and submitted documents will be retained for up to 2 years.
After 2 years, SevaHUB will automatically delete my/our documents by default from its system. - Re-Listing Policy & Platform Fee: If I/We wish to restart or re-list my/our business on SevaHUB within 2 years using the same registered mobile number, SevaHUB will not charge the platform fee again.
After 2 years, if I/We re-list the business, it will be considered a new listing, and the applicable platform fee will be charged again.
Note: SevaHUB intends to take the platform fee only once. SevaHUB will also share a monthly report/notification with me/us to remind about confirmation. However, for this, I/We must provide confirmation every 6 months that the business is still active.
Declaration:
I/We have read and understood the above terms and provide my/our consent.
Revenue-Based Business Classification Platform Fee
SevaHUB operates under a structured revenue-based business classification framework to maintain transparency, credibility, and systematic business segmentation within the platform.
After successful document verification and completion of business video upload, every business is required to select its applicable annual revenue category prior to video activation.
Business Classification Platform Fee
A mandatory one-time Business Classification Platform Fee becomes applicable at the time of activating the uploaded video on the platform, based on the declared annual turnover:
- Micro Enterprises (Below ₹10 Lakh)₹51

- Medium & Large Enterprises (Above ₹50 Lakh)₹1001
